Jill has been teaching and learning with students and adults for over thirty years.  These experiences plus many years of involvement in professional organizations have helped Jill develop an expertise in the area of effective instructional practices including differentiation, digital learning, and literacy.  In addition to  working with teachers on effective instructional practices, Jill also presents and coaches educators and members of other organizations in the areas of building leadership capacity, curriculum development, team building, and organizational climate.  She is a national presenter and coach. High energy and participant-tested strategies that can be used with students and adults are the hallmarks of her sessions.  Participants are actively involved in the session and leave the seminar with a good sense of what the strategies will feel like to participants in their classes or meetings.
